

Spiced Salmon with Cocoa
Ingredients: ½ cup of orange juice 4 4oz salmon filets1 tbsp of packed light brown sugar 2 tsp of white sugar 1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder ¼ tsp of cayenne pepper ¼ of ground cinnamon ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper 1 navel orange thinly sliced 4 tbsp of melted butter Directions: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
